Cahill was born in Virginia and started her career in the role of an actress when she was four years old, as her mother produced local shows for high school. Cahill began dancing and singing lessons at age 8. After high school, she pursued acting, and she went to Marymount Manhattan College. She left her high school in New York when she was 19, to relocate to Los Angeles and become an actor. Cahill first made her debut on screen in the year 2000 in a short movie titled "Speed for thespians. Since then, she has had memorable roles in movies like 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3' and 'The Watcher'. Cahill was awarded the award for Northeast Film Festival's Best supporting actress in a feature film for her role as a character in "Cut to the Chase".
