Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and leading a global people strategy. She was a key thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into strategies for business and employee engagement. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining the competitive edge. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments of learning and innovation which positively affect teams as well as individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she is currently providing support to several non- profit organisations in her spare time.
